Main Street Financial Services Corp., the holding company parent of Main Street Bank Corp., has declared a cash dividend of $0.14 per share of the company’s common stock for the quarter ending June 30. That’s an increase of 40% compared to the $0.10 per share in the second quarter of 2024. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on Aug. 16 to stockholders of record as of Aug. 2.

Cleveland-Cliffs plans to invest $150 million in a new electrical transformer production plant in West Virginia. The Cleveland-based steelmaker, one of Northwest Indiana's largest employers, is building the plant in Weirton to address a shortage of distribution transformers nationally. West Virginia is shouldering about $50 million of the cost of the project by providing the steelmaker with a forgivable loan.
