Former President Donald Trump has made clear that he's no longer seeking to unify the country following the assassination attempt against him in Pennsylvania earlier this month.

During a 90-minute speech in St Cloud, Minnesota on Saturday night, Trump said, “I want to be nice.”

“They all say, ‘I think he’s changed. I think he’s changed since two weeks ago. Something affected him,’” he added.

As a thousands-strong audience cheered him on, Trump admitted, “No, I haven’t changed.”

“Maybe I’ve gotten worse. Because I get angry at the incompetence that I witness every single day,” he said.

Trump increased his attacks on Vice President Kamala Harris , who has become the presumptive Democratic nominee after President Joe Biden dropped out of the race.

Calling her “evil,” “unhinged,” and “sick,” Trump went on to make false claims about her stance on abortion to make her appear more extreme and made fun of her laugh.

“We have a brand-new victim,” he said. “And, honestly, she’s a radical left lunatic.”

This comes as top Democrats supported Harris's presidential campaign in media appearances on Sunday.

Prominent figures in the party took to the airwaves to champion her resume, mock the perceived weirdness of Trump and his running mate JD Vance , and push Biden's Supreme Court reform agenda.
