Ryan Seacrest’s Napa Valley estate is on the market for $22 million

The new host of “Wheel of Fortune” is hoping someone will buy his Napa Valley estate which hit the market last month for $22 million.

TV personality and producer Ryan Seacrest, best known for hosting “American Idol” and co-hosting the morning program “Live with Kelly and Ryan,” is selling his 40-acre property at 232 North Fork Crystal Springs Road in St. Helena.

The estate features a Tuscan-style main house with three bedroom and three and a half bathrooms, a guesthouse, pool house and more surrounded by stunning Napa Valley views.

According to the listing by Realtor Cyd Greer of Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley, the estate was originally built in 2004 and underwent extensive remodels over the last year.

The main residence includes chiseled limestone walls, reclaimed wood beams, seven fireplaces, a chef’s kitchen with a rotisserie and a pizza oven, and pocketing doors connecting the indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The listing was first reported by the Wall Street Journal.

As reported by Realtor.com, Seacrest bought the estate in 2020 for $14 million.

Other amenities include an infinity-edge pool and spa, a courtyard for large scale dining, a bocce court and a 220-tree Italian olive grove.

Realtor.com reported that Seacrest also recently sold his Beverly Hills home for $51 million.
