Tuesday night fire on the island results in total loss of home
Oak island Fire Department responded to a house fire Tuesday night that resulted in a total loss. OIFD was dispatched to a structure fire on NE 42nd Street shortly after 9:30 p.m. and arrived to find a home fully engulfed in flames.
