Indiana State Police Fort Wayne Post Troopers Celebrate Milestone Anniversaries
FORT WAYNE — On June 13, Indiana State Police troopers that graduated with the 57th ISP Academy Class surpassed their 25th year of service. Master Trooper Marc Leatherman currently serves as the Area II Crash Reconstruction Team Leader, a full-time position that was created in 2023 to provide oversight and technical management of the more serious technical crash investigations across the northeast Indiana region. He has been a certified Crash Reconstruction Investigator since 2005, and managing the technical crash investigations in a part-time role since 2013.
