Mokena Firefighters Act Swiftly as SUV Slams Into Popeyes Restaurant Wednesday
Mokena, IL – A vehicle crashed into a Popeyes restaurant in Mokena on Wednesday afternoon inside the Mokena Towne Square Shopping Center. According to the Mokena Fire Protection District, crews arrived within minutes of the incident at 19814 LaGrange Road. The sole occupant of the vehicle was transported to the hospital. Fortunately, no one inside the building was injured.
