A Bay City man is serving a stint in the Midland County Jail for not returning a rented U-Haul truck. “It was never my intention to steal a U-Haul truck,” said Jerald Wicks Jr., 53, at his July 11 sentencing in Midland County Circuit Court for unlawful use of a vehicle.
