    New education report highlights growth at Missouri charter schools

    ST. LOUIS — With less focus on single test scores and more emphasis on student growth, a new report sheds light on how well Missouri schools are educating elementary and middle school students.

    St. Louis University’s PRiME Center released its PRiME Center Growth Report , noting that some St. Louis charter schools are making the grade.

    Fox 2’s Jasmine Huda spoke with PRiME Center Exec. Director Collin Hitt and Momentum Academy’s Quanisha Major and KIPP St. Louis’ Angela Jackson about the report and what it says about student achievement.
