ST. LOUIS — Beryl remains a tropical storm as it continues moving over the Gulf toward the Texas coastline. It could strengthen back into a Category 1 hurricane before making landfall.

Quiet weather for Saturday, with highs at normal for this time of year, in the upper 80s to near 90. Humidity stays lower. Mostly clear and the 60s again overnight. Sunday also looks pretty good but temperatures will climb above 90.

Humidity still stays in check. Our far western and northwest counties could see a few spot storms as early as Sunday evening but most areas should remain dry. Storm chances begin to increase a bit more Sunday night but more so for Monday in our region.

We’ll keep a slight chance of a few showers in the forecast for Tuesday as well. Temperatures on Monday will be near 90 but they will be low to mid-80s on Tuesday.
