ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis suburb, was ranked high as one of the top 100 places to live in a survey conducted by Livability.

The annual survey from Livability explores and researches small-to-medium-sized city data to curate a list of 100 cities it ranks as “best” place to live in the U.S.

Noted for affordable housing, great schools and a “family-friendly” atmosphere, Livability ranked O’Fallon, Missouri as a top 100 city.

The survey gave O’Fallon an 812 “livscore,” making it the 16th highest-ranked city on the list.

The suburb also ranked highly for its housing, health, and economy, noting that it was a “premiere” location for startup businesses and large corporations.

The survey went even further to define O’Fallon weather, activities, major industries and health care providers in the area.

O’Fallon was given a higher “livscore” than places such as Virginia Beach, Virginia and Boise City, Idaho.

Carmel, Indiana, only a few hours drive from St. Louis, topped the list with the highest score of 875 for it’s art scene and top-rated schools.
