Patricia graduated from Oklahoma City Public Schools. She married Carl Collard in Texas on July 22, 1977. Patricia retired as a secretary for Hughes County District #3.

Purcell lifts boil advisory and outdoor water restrictions after repairing leaks
PURCELL, OKLA. (KOKH) — The City of Purcell lifted a precautionary water boil advisory and outdoor water restrictions on Monday after experiencing several line leaks.
