Charles Cottrell, 93, of Shawnee, OK, passed away on Saturday, June 29, at the Primrose Retirement Community. Charles was born on February 5, 1931 in Okmulgee, OK to Lillard and Dovie (Evans) Cottrell. He graduated from Okmulgee High School in 1950. He met Theralene Roork in high school and they were married on October 5, 1951 in Okmulgee, OK. Charles worked for East Central Rural Electric in Okmulgee for 42 years.
