Stolen SUV Pursuit Ends in Fatal Crash on I-95; Murder Suspect Found Dead
On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, Kingsland Police pursued a stolen black GMC Arcadia on I-95 northbound. The SUV had been reported stolen from Brevard County, Florida. Patrol officers attempted to stop the vehicle using a PIT maneuver, with one officer striking the fleeing vehicle. The pursuit ended when the SUV crashed into trees.
Jaguars have nobody to blame but themselves for being overlooked in 2024
The Jacksonville Jaguars were seen as a Super Bowl sleeper last year. After going 8-3 to start the season, it seemed like they were going to live up to expectations. However, they only won one of their last six games and ultimately failed to make the playoffs. All the good grace they had built in 2022 was out of the window. A spokesperson for the Real Capital Partners investment holding company in Winter Garden said July 18 it ended a joint venture with Big Dan’s and is continuing three Jacksonville projects under its own brand, Sud Stop Car Wash.
