Jury finds man guilty in 2021 Arlington apartment complex shooting death
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man has been found guilty by a jury on first-degree murder and robbery charges from a 2021 Arlington apartment complex shooting. Darien Howard, 34, was arrested in October 2022 for the shooting death of Michael Livermore that occurred June 9, 2021 in the 3500 block of Townsend Boulevard, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. He faces a mandatory life sentence.
