Peggy Jo Ryan Cox, 75, of Barlow, joined her beloved husband Larry in Heaven on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at Waterview Pointe. She was born on March 24, 1949, in Marietta to Thomas and Carol (Bond) Ryan. She was a 1967 graduate of Warren High School and also attended classes at Ohio Dominican College, Marshall University, Parkersburg Community College, and various medical training classes. Obituary: Marshall, Sue Elaine Eddy
Sue Elaine Eddy Marshall of Vienna was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, on January 27, 1945. Sue was the only daughter of the late Hattie Mae Shingleton Eddy and the late Clifford Wayne Eddy of St. Marys. She grew up in St. Marys, where she spent all her days as a juvenile. She was preceded in death by her parents and older brother, John Wayne Eddy. She married Robert “Bob” Marshall in May 1967, whom she met as a student while attending Glenville State University. These two college “love birds” were blessed to spend 57 wonderful years together.
