Inez Oakland
Inez Marie (Kelly) Oakland joined our Lord in heaven surrounded by family on July 1, 2024. Inez was born on August 30, 1950, to John and Marie Kelly. Inez was born a caregiver and that was evident through her life as a wife, mom, grandma and CNA. She loved to visit (gossip), complete word puzzles, cross-stitch, and attend domino games with neighbors. She never missed a family event or a chance to go for a ride. She expressed her love in multiple ways, especially in cross stitching and quilting. Those who received a quilt, pillowcase, or towel, could feel the love in the work that was put into them. The love for her family and closest friends was fierce and she will be missed. We are shattered, but we know our faith will carry us through. This is not a goodbye but a “will see you later”. We love you Mom!
