Marjorie Marie (Strebel) Noe, 76, of Franklin, IN passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 12, 1948, in Beech Grove, IN to Valentine Joseph Strebel and Elizabeth Marie (Rolley) Strebel. She married Frederick Jerry Noe on January 20, 1974, in Indianapolis, IN; he preceded her in death on April 22, 1999.

‘Chaotic Tuesday’ to fire up famed sculpture
One of Columbus’ most iconic artworks will come to life during a free and family-friendly event at noon most Tuesdays at The Commons, 300 Washington St. During “Chaotic Tuesday” events, staff at The Commons bring to life “Chaos I,” the kinetic sculpture by the late Swiss artist Jean Tinguely. Bruce B. Isaacson
Bruce Bernard Isaacson, 82, of Columbus, Indiana was called home by his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on July 10, 2024. Bruce was born Feb. 3, 1942, in Jamestown, NY to the late Yngve and Alice Isaacson. He attended Jamestown High School and enlisted in the U.S. Navy as a radioman where he acquired skills and knowledge that prepared him for his subsequent career in the telephone industry. He worked for the Jamestown Telephone Company and Automatic Electric Company before going into business for himself for over 30 years. His contracting business, JM Bruce, Inc., installed and repaired sophisticated switching equipment for major telephone corporations in the northeastern United States. In his later years, Bruce worked as a bus driver for Bemus Point Schools and greatly enjoyed his friends in Ham Radio clubs in Chautauqua County. Bruce could always be counted on to fix any technological or electrical problems his friends or family encountered.
