An undergraduate college student is planning his own music festival at St. Paul's Allianz Field, which will offer eight hours of music and an open bar.

The "Forbidden Festival," which is being promoted to college students around St. Paul, is the brainchild of University of St. Thomas student Breno Bueno, founder of FBDN Ventures, who has applied to the city this month for a sound level variance permit from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21.

Bueno is a college student from the University of St. Thomas and is set to graduate May of next year. According to his LinkedIn , Bueno previously ran company called "My Beauty Pass" for about a year and a half in São Paulo, Brazil. He currently also runs "Kurz", a smartphone app that facilitates the collection of NFTs.

The "epic lineup" announced includes DJs such as TimeTwoFly, who also performed at the Breakaway Music Festival, as well as Deg, Zella, JBroadway, Noe and Z.

The open bar will feature rum, vodka, beer and nonalcoholic drinks. Tickets for the event are available from $70-140. Bueno told the Pioneer Press that unruly or visibly intoxicated guests will not be served.

On Instagram, the event page describes it as "a revolutionary college festival ... with the first-ever OPEN BAR!"

"An emblem of freedom, Forbidden Festival is a dream for college students and a realm of unrivaled celebration," it adds. "Get ready for the BIGGEST OPEN BAR UNIVERSITY PARTY IN MN!"

A challenge was also announced on the festival's Instagram , offering 20 "VIP" backstage tickets to meet performers to the five sororities that sell the most tickets.

Allianz Field hosted its first major music event last month, the dance-focused Breakaway Music Festival that attracted 24,000 to the stadium.
