Here in Minnesota, when a person graduates, if the person can read at a 6th grade level. That's considered Great. MINNESOTA education system is WORTHLESS! Always NEED more money, and free school lunches. If teachers are SO, SO, concerned you noticed, we DAMN near had to drag them back to school after the PLAN-DEMIC.
