Fayetteville employee killed after driving ATV into fence
A city employee was killed Thursday morning after the all-terrain vehicle the worker was driving ran into a fence at Fisher Road and Lakeway Drive, a news release said. According to the Fayetteville Police Department, the Fayetteville employee was collecting trash on the ATV when the vehicle "left the roadway and crashed through a fence." ‘Superman’ Crew Member Dies Of Apparent Suicide Near Atlanta Set
A crew member working on a Superman movie shoot at Trilith Studios near Atlanta died by an apparent suicide on Wednesday. Fayetteville Police responded to a report of an unconscious adult contractor in a car at the studio lot and found the deceased female Teamster member with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. No foul play is suspected, and the incident is not linked to ongoing studio projects. The tragedy occurred during production of the Superman film starring David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan. This marks the first standalone Superman project in over a decade and explores the hero reconciling his alien heritage with his human upbringing.
