Judicial Ditch 24 (JD 24) Redetermination of Benefits Hearing; in accordance with MN §103E.351. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Joint Blue Earth, Faribault, and Martin County Board of Commissioners, sitting as the Drainage Authority for Judicial Ditch 24, will hold a hearing on the proposed draft Viewers’ Report for the Redetermination of Benefits and Damages for Judicial Ditch 24. The drafted Viewers’ Report was filed with the Drainage Authority on June 26, 2024. The hearing shall be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at the Board of Commissioners’ Room, located on the second floor of the Blue Earth County Historic Courthouse, 204 South 5th Street, Mankato, Minnesota, 56001. At the Final Hearing, the Drainage Authority will accept public comment regarding the drafted Viewers’ Report for Judicial Ditch 24. Any party having an interest in the proceedings may appear and provide comment. The hearing will be conducted in-person only. Written comments will be accepted at the hearing. Comments made by mail will be accepted up to the date and time of the hearing at the office of Blue Earth County Property and Environmental Resources, Drainage Management, 410 South 5th Street, PO Box 3566, Mankato, MN 56002-3566. SE School Board votes to close the swimming pool
The Sibley East School Board, during its regular monthly meeting in Arlington on Monday night, July 15, voted 5-1 and approved a motion to close the swimming pool by the end of August. In addition to the motion, the swimming pool will close immediately if there is a major repair.
