Good Morning, which plays Jannus Live in St. Petersburg, Florida on May 3, 2024.
It’s finally time for Tampa Bay to hear Katie Crutchfield play songs from her pandemic masterpiece, St. Cloud , and latest LP, Tiger’s Blood , in person, but Waxahatchee
’s got a hell of an opener on this tour, too.

Up until their new album, Liam Parsons and Stefan Blair—collectively known as Good Morning —wrote and recorded independently in an almost McCartney-Lennon way. But Good Morning Seven finds the decades-long pals changing the recipe and turning in an indulgent double album that’s brighter, more melodic, and layered with harmony, samples and synth than anything their Australian indie-rock band has done before.

“It's a personal milestone. We wanted to change the palette, to 'go long' and we were pleasantly surprised with what came out. It was like writing our first album, for the first time again,” they said in a press release.

Tickets to see Waxahatchee and Good Morning play Jannus Live in St. Petersburg on Friday, May 4 are still available and start at $27.
