ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — A woman was hit and killed in a St. Petersburg hit-and-run a day after her birthday.

The St. Petersburg Police Department said Kathy Repke, 62, was on a marked crosswalk crossing 4th Street North near Fossil Park around 9:22 p.m. Tuesday when she was hit by a car. The driver who hit her left without rendering aid or contacting officers.

Ripke was taken to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg, where she died.

St. Petersburg police said they are trying to find 58-year-old Rosalyn Fuller, who they believe has information that could help with the investigation.

Anyone with information about Fuller’s whereabouts is asked to call St. Pete police at 727-893-7780 or text SPPD and your tip to TIP411.
