    Two-day Caribbean carnival brings soca and reggae stars to St. Pete

    A two-day Caribbean carnival is headed for the downtown St. Petersburg waterfront this weekend.

    While Tampa Bay International Carnival features regional cuisine, crafts and costumes, the air will also be filled the sounds of soca (Kes the Band), reggae (Inner Circle), reggaeton (Don Chezina), a 30-piece steel drum orchestra (Desperadoes) and more.


    Tickets to the Tampa Bay International Carnival happening Saturday-Sunday, July 13-14 at Albert Whitted Park in St. Petersburg are still available and start at $50.
