    A decision decades in the making likely gets made today: Are the Tampa Bay Rays in St. Petersburg to stay, and what will become of Tropicana Field’s 86 acres?

    The City Council is set to vote on 12 legally binding agreements governing construction and funding for a new stadium and a surrounding redevelopment called the Historic Gas Plant District.
