Man catches catfish in flooded Florida street

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — Florida began feeling the effects of Hurricane Debby over the weekend, leading to heavy rain , flooded streets , and thousands without power.

While flooded streets might not be suitable for vehicles, another unlikely traveler managed to find their way through St. Pete’s streets.

WFLA viewer Don Dewit shared a video on Facebook showing him catching catfish as they swam through the flooded street.

“Catching catfish out on the streets in St. Pete,” Dewit wrote.
