Nina Fegan 1947-2024
Nina Fegan, 77, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on July 21, 2024 at her home. Born May 10, 1947, she was a daughter of the late James E. Fegan, Sr. and Margaret Eckels Fegan. Nina was a 1965 graduate of CASHS. She graduated from St. Joseph’s Nursing School in Lancaster, PA as a Registered Nurse. Nina served as a Sister of St. Joseph’s for 15 years in the Philadelphia area. She was employed as an RN several places in Philadelphia including St. Mary’s Nursing Home and Moss Rehabilitation until her retirement in 2017. She enjoyed puzzles, reading and vacationing in Cape May, NJ.
Hagerstown man charged in recent double shooting that left one dead
Hagerstown Police have arrested one of two suspects in last Thursday's fatal shooting near downtown Hagerstown, according to court documents. Brandon Lamont Hinton Jr., 24, is facing numerous charges including first-degree murder for the death of Rusty Mark Edwards, 49, according to charging documents filed in Washington County District Court. Edwards would have turned 50 on Saturday.
