McConnellsburg’s Volunteer Dental Clinic gets big boost from F&M Trust
02 July 2024-F&M Trust has announced that they have recently donated $7,500 to Fulton County Family Partnership to support the Volunteer Dental Clinic in McConnellsburg. For 25 years, the clinic has provided free dental treatment for eligible Fulton County residents of all ages, as well as preventive and educational programs for parents and children. The clinic is open three days a week.

Fatal Vehicle Crash in Antrim Township
A fatal crash occurred on the 8000 block of Hades Church Road in Antrim Township, Franklin County, involving a 2015 Ford and a pedestrian, Troy Truax, 59, from Waynesboro. The incident happened as Truax was walking to his mailbox and was struck by the southbound Ford, resulting in his death at the scene. Child, 7, killed in farming accident in Franklin County
A 7-year-old boy died Tuesday morning after a farming accident near Mercersburg, according to Pennsylvania State Police. The child, not named in the police report, got stuck in a piece of machinery while assisting with work in the field. It happened at about 10:15 a.m. at a farm in the area of Mercersburg Road and Young Road, located south of Welsh Run and west of Bino in Montgomery Township.

03 July 2024- A 7 year old boy is deceased, according to the Pennsylvania State Police and the coroner after an accident at a farm in Montgomery Township.
