Hired by Hugh Freeze more than three weeks after Ron Roberts' departure as defensive coordinator, DJ Durkin now enters his third straight stint in the now-defunct SEC division, after previous stops at Ole Miss and Texas A&M. ALDOT announces grants for municipal airports
The Alabama Department of Transportation today announced it has awarded over $22,000 in state funding to three municipal airports for improvements. The Ozark Municipal Airport in Ozark will receive $144,000 from the Federal Aviation Administration and $8,000 from a state grant for the construction of a corporate hangar. The airport will provide $8,000 in matching local funds for a total value project of $160,000.
