What's the harm in having a garage sale? For one Missouri place, plenty is the answer as this one city has some of the harshest garage sale laws in America. I will confess that I am not a fan of garage sales. The very few I've hosted in my life in Missouri there were people knocking on my garage door at 5:50am wondering why I hadn't opened for business yet. Shudder. I'm not judging. It's a way to save money and get stuff you need for your family. I get it. I'm just not a fan of the experience.
