On June 30, around 8:45 p.m., state troopers responded to Salem for a complaint from a resident, stating a camper, two ATVs, and a utility trailer were stolen from their property. During the investigation, troopers say they found the stolen items on Little and Quintana’s property.

While at the location, troopers say they saw Quintana riding on an ATV that Little was driving illegally on State Route 22 with Bard in a trailer attached to it. The vehicle fled recklessly when they saw troopers but soon returned, this time driven by Bard with no passengers.

Police determined the ATV was one of the stolen items and Bard was taken into custody. After searching the area, police say Quintana was found in the woods where she was also taken into custody.

    Bard and Quintana Charges:

    • Third-degree criminal possession of stolen property

The investigation continued, revealing an active court-issued stay-away order of protection against Little, which listed Quintana as the protected party. On July 17, Little was found at his home and was taken into custody. Quintana was also found at the home, resulting in an additional violation of an active court-issued stay-away order of protection.
