Fulton County man charged under harassment law in effect only two days
FULTON COUNTY, NY (WRGB) — A Saint Johnsville man faces a felony charge of aggravated harassment of a judge, just two days after the law defining that offense took effect. Edward McGowan was arrested at 9:30 a.m. Sunday at the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. According to the Fulton County Sheriff's Office, it is alleged that McGowan threatened to physically attack a judge after being arraigned on charges related to another separate domestic violence incident at the Fulton County Centralized Arraignment Court.
