    Blotter for June 7

    In Salisbury Police Department reports:

    • Jonathan Conrad Childs, 33, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on June 5.
    • Kevin Andre Rankin, 60, was charged with felony obtaining property by false pretenses on June 5.
    • Felton Curtis Donell, 54, was charged with misdemeanor simple possession of schedule II, III, IV, V or VI controlled substances on June 5.

    In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

    • Fraud by false pretenses occurred at Mooresville Road between 11:34 a.m. on April 22 and 10:26 a.m. on June 4.
    • A burglary by forcible entry occurred at London Road between 8 a.m. on June 3 and 9 a.m. on June 4.
    • A larceny occurred at West Innes Street between noon on May 12 and noon on May 22. It was reported on June 4.
    • Fraud by false pretenses occurred at Ervin Woods Drive between 9 a.m. on May 28 and 9 a.m. on June 3. It was reported on June 4.
    • Vandalism occurred at Hill Road between 11 p.m. on May 31 and 7 a.m. on June 1. It was reported on June 4.
    • An assault with a dangerous weapon occurred at Grace Church Road at 7:13 a.m. on June 4.
    • Jonathan Paul Holshouser, 42, was charged as a habitual felon on June 4.
    • Jason Matthew Ervin, 49, was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering and misdemeanor littering of beer or wine containers on June 4.
