Rain poured in a Garner family's home on Monday just a few days after a tree fell on their roof over the weekend. Crews spent hours on Monday removing a poplar tree from the roof of a townhouse near North Hills. Firefighters: 2 Concord fire trucks crashed into during 24-hour period, including hit-and-run
