SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Utah Gov. Gary Herbert invited an infectious disease physician from the University of Utah to speak at the state's weekly press conference and Dr. Emily Spivak pleaded with the public to wear a mask and said the intensive care unit at her hospital is nearly at capacity.

I think everyone is responsible, not the state. until there are major improvements and we get the green light, everyone should do better by at least social distancing. just wear masks and stop freaking out about them.
