    2 stolen Lamborghinis headed to Colorado intercepted by Wyoming patrol

    DENVER (KDVR) — If you’re a supercar owner who lives in Salt Lake City, your two stolen cars are safe and sound — just now in Wyoming.

    According to Wyoming Highway Patrol , troopers in the Rawlins area of Wyoming learned of two exotic vehicles headed east on Interstate 80 that were coming from Salt Lake City. Neither Lamborghini was authorized to leave Utah, according to the Wyoming patrol.

    Luckily for the car’s owners, Rawlins is located off of I-80 in Wyoming, and troopers moved quickly to stop the cars.

    On Monday, the Wyoming Highway Patrol shared that thanks to tracking devices located in the supercars, they were able to locate and safely stop the two cars. One of the cars was traveling at speeds over 100 mph, according to the agency.

    As of Monday, the cars had been seized by Wyoming troopers, and both drivers were taken into custody.
