Three Men Busted with Illegal Firearm, Brass Knuckles, Crack Cocaine During Roosevelt Traffic Stop, Cops Say
The First Squad reports the arrest of three individuals for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance that occurred on Sunday, July 28, 2024 at 1:55 a.m. in Roosevelt. According to Detectives, Officers initiated a lawful Vehicle Traffic stop in the vicinity of Nassau Road and E. Greenwich Avenue for a grey Dodge Durango that was speeding. Subsequent to a further investigation, an illegal loaded firearm, metal knuckles, and a white powdery substance believed to be crack cocaine were recovered. All three occupants of the vehicle were arrested without incident, defendants: Edward Tyler Johnson, 30, of 10 Sutton Place in Deer Park, Paul Scott, 34, of 13 Waterford Drive in Wyandanch, and Andre Yates, 36, of 16 Park Center Drive in Deer Park.
North Merrick Man Charged After Throwing Explosive Device On Woman's Car
