SAN ANGELO, TX – The San Angelo Animal Shelter is nearing its capacity with 175 dogs currently housed on-site as of Tuesday, September 17. Without immediate adoption, fostering, or transfer to another rescue, four dogs are scheduled to be euthanized by 4 p.m. on Saturday, September 21.
