Rollover in Mereta
SAN ANGELO, TX — A Ram 3500 dually pickup truck was in a single-vehicle rollover crash at around 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. July 17, 2024. The truck was outfitted with a flatbed and welding rack in lieu of a traditional pickup truck bed. The result of the rollover crash appeared to have trapped the occupant as the passenger door appeared to have been forcibly opened in the rescue. President Biden Tests Positive for COVID-19
WASHINGTON, D.C. – President Joe Biden has tested positive for COVID-19 following his first event in Las Vegas, the White House announced today. The President, who is vaccinated and boosted, is experiencing mild symptoms and will return to Delaware to self-isolate. Severe Thunderstorm Warning Issued for Parts of West Central Texas
SAN ANGELO, TX – The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for parts of west central Texas, including southwestern Coke County, southeastern Sterling County, and north central Tom Green County. The warning is in effect until 6:30 p.m. At 5:48 p.m., a severe thunderstorm was detected near U.S. Highway 87 at the Coke-Tom Green County line, near Broome.
