Lake View's Lacy signs to play softball at Western Texas
SAN ANGELO, TX — Recent Lake View High School graduate Skylar Lacy never gave up on her dream to become a college softball player. After injuries derailed her junior and senior seasons, she persevered and continued to show what she could do with her San Angelo club team. It didn't go unnoticed. Lacy was offered an opportunity recently to play at Western Texas College in Snyder, and she took it. She made the decision official with a signing ceremony Tuesday, July 16, at D-BAT San Angelo's training facility. Learn More Here.

Crash Sends Semi-Truck Careening into Church
SAN ANGELO, TX— A semi-truck and a Honda SUV crashed this afternoon and sent the semi-truck off the road ultimately clipping a church. The Grape Creek Volunteer Fire Department wit Quail Creek VFD tended the crash scene.
