Silver Spur Gun and Blade Show returns to First Financial Pavillion after 18 years

SAN ANGELO, Texas ( Concho Valley Homepage ) — The Silver Spur Gun and Blade show returned to the First Financial Pavilion on July 20 after nearly two decades with a larger turnout than ever before, according to organizer Kim Sansom.

“We haven’t been over here for the last 18 years so we have a show just a little bigger than what we have,” said Sansom.

The event, organized by Sansom for 35 years, showcases a lineup of vendors, including the Concho Valley Friends of the NRA, local nonprofit organizations and local T-shirt vendors, all supporting small businesses across Texas.

“We have the Concho Valley Friends of the NRA, we have some non-profit organizations, we have t-shirt vendors that are local, all the vendors are supporting small businesses and all are from around Texas,” Sansom explained.

Sansom expressed her passion for the event, stating, “I love what I do still after all this time, I eat it, I sleep it, dream it.”

The Silver Spur Gun and Blade show runs through July 21.
