JW Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa Is Adding an On-site Pizzeria

JW Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa at 23808 Resort Parkway in San Antonio plans to add an eighth on-site restaurant — this time a “Neapolitan pizza-focused concept,” according to a recent report by MySA .

“ FIAMME Pizzeria will continue the resort’s tradition of offering excellent cuisine that appeals to guests of all ages. It will also provide an opportunity for guests to enjoy a delicious meal in their favorite outdoor spaces,” shares Mark Fioravanti , President & Chief Executive Officer at Ryman Hospitality Properties , in a press release.

The menu will boast pizzas “baked in a Morello Forni dome mosaic pizza oven imported from Italy,” appetizers, salads, desserts, and cocktails. Indoor and outdoor seating options will be offered.

Landing alongside existing tenants such as the 18 Oaks Steakhouse, the Tex-Mex concept Cibolo Moon, and Rivertop Grill, FIAMME Pizzeria is slated to open this summer. Stay tuned for updates.
