According to San Antonio Express News , Houston restaurant group Adair Concepts is planning to debut a new restaurant in San Antonio.

Coming to 4108 Broadway — taking over a 4,000-square-foot building that was formerly home to Jim’s Restaurants — Adair Kitchen will land near establishments such as Cheesy Jane’s, Koi Kawa Japanese, and The Hayden.

“The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, catering to people commuting to work, meeting with clients or visiting nearby attractions such as the Witte Museum, the DoSeum, the San Antonio Botanical Garden and the zoo,” the journal shares.

“We love the building and love the midcentury design,” Nick Adair tells San Antonio Express News — “It’s going to be updated and feel a little bit different, but I want to pay homage to that as much as possible.”

“We would love to continue having a bigger presence in San Antonio, but I think it’ll sort of unfold as it’s ready to,” says Adair — “We’re coming to be part of the community. … I’m just so excited.”

Adair Kitchen is slated to open this fall. Follow the business on Facebook for updates.
