Salad and Go, a restaurant concept on a mission to address the conflict between affordability, accessibility and wellness, is continuing its rapid expansion across San Antonio with two new stores that opened this month and more in the works. Salad and Go is growing swiftly in Texas, operating close to 70 stores across the state, with continued significant expansion planned for later this year.

Salad and Go’s newest San Antonio locations are located at 22143 Bulverde Road, which opened May 7 and 12842 Potranco Road, which opened May 17.

“We are dedicated to providing fresh, healthy and affordable options for all and our rapid expansion into new markets across Texas is a reflection of that mission,” said Charlie Morrison, CEO of Salad and Go in a statement. “The response to Salad and Go has been remarkable, with community after community saying this is something they want and need.”

With the latest expansion across Alamo City, Salad and Go continues to further its mission of accessibility to nutritious meals for everyone, especially at a time when food and restaurant inflation is pressuring Americans.

Salad and Go continues to revolutionize the food industry with its unique model that serves up made-to order, fresh and healthy options at unheard of price points. From breakfast burritos, bowls, and coffee to kick-start the day, to salads and wraps with protein available starting at under $7, Salad and Go offers nutritious, convenient food that tastes great and makes you feel good without limitations.

Salad and Go’s menu is guided by a food ethos from Michelin-star trained Chef Daniel Patino, who has brought the high standards of fine dining to a quick-service model. Without additives, stabilizers or preservatives, the Salad and Go menu features cleaner ingredients.

Salad and Go is also proud to give back to the communities it calls home. In honor of the new store openings and in partnership with the San Antonio Food Bank, Salad and Go will donate hundreds of fresh salads created during team member training to local nonprofits, including Corazon Ministries, St. Vinnys Bistro, and the Salvation Army of San Antonio.
