Yana Kitchen Is Coming to the Culebra Retail Center

According to a recently submitted permit application, a new dining concept, Yana Kitchen , is opening at the Culebra Retail Center in San Antonio.

Coming to Suite 107 at 12015 Culebra Road , the eatery will land near establishments such as O’Reilly Auto Parts, Schott’s Meat Market, and Whataburger.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Yana Kitchen’s owner, Michael Lin , to inquire about his plans for the restaurant, but he could not provide additional information before the time of publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.

Renovations to the 4,000-square-foot space are scheduled to begin on August 30 and be completed on December 31. For an estimated $480,000, Houston-based firm TDCK Architects Inc. will carry out the project.
