SUBJECT: NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY FOR REVIEW OF A RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN (RMP) PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: JULY 22, 2024 through SEPTEMBER 4, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 25535.2 of Chapter 6.95 of the California Health & Safety Code, that the Hazardous Materials Section of the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District has determined that the Risk Management Plan (RMP) for the storage of anhydrous ammonia at the above listed facility is complete and will be available for review and comment by interested persons and public groups from July 22, 2024 through September 4, 2024.
