After buying an unknowingly loaded gun at a yard sale, a Yucca Valley man accidentally shot himself in the foot. At around 10:45 p.m. on Monday morning (July 8), a woman called 911 saying her boyfriend had accidentally shot himself in the foot. The caller told responding Sheriff’s Deputies and medical crews that her boyfriend, who was not identified, bought what was described as an antique gun at a yard sale, and that he did not know it was loaded. She said that the gun accidentally went off, hitting him in the foot.
