Marvel Studios continues to tease the arrival of its first family, with new The Fantastic Four art popping up ahead of San Diego Comic-Con 2024.

The new art comes courtesy of X (formerly Twitter) user Rob Paladino and is of brand new banners that have begun popping up in the San Diego area ahead of the convention, which takes place July 25-28, 2024. While it’s unknown what they’ll showcase, Marvel Studios will once again be appearing at Hall H at the convention.

The art showcases character portraits of Johnny Storm and Richard Reed, who will be played by Joseph Quinn and Pedro Pascal, respectively. At the bottom of the banner is a logo for the Future Foundation, a fictional organization started by Reed in Marvel Comics.

What do we know about The Fantastic Four?

Pedro Pascal will play Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic, while Vanessa Kirby will play Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman. Stranger Things’ Joseph Quinn has the role of Johnny Storm/Human Torch, and The Bear’s Ebon Moss-Bachrach has the part of Ben Grimm/The Thing.

Other confirmed cast members include Julia Garner as Shalla-Bal/Silver Surfer, Ralph Ineson as Galactus, and John Malkovich, Paul Walter Hauser, and Natasha Lyonne in as-of-yet unconfirmed roles. Production on the film is set to begin this month.

Fantastic Four will be directed by Matt Shakman (WandaVision) from a screenplay by Josh Friedman, who was brought in to re-write the script originally written by Jeff Kaplan and Ian Springer. As a project in Phase Six of the Marvel Cinematic Universe , Fantastic Four is scheduled to be released on July 25, 2025.

The Fantastic Four comic debuted in 1961. Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, it was the first superhero team title produced by Marvel Comics and popularized famous characters like Reed Richards, Sue Storm, and Doctor Doom.
