Suspect, 31, Arrested in Grantville Stabbing, Victim Hospitalized but Stable

A 31-year-old man suspected of stabbing a 43-year- old man in the Grantville neighborhood Thursday was arrested.

The suspect then drew a knife and stabbed the victim once in the chest and fled, Perales said.

The suspect was taken into custody shortly after and a knife was recovered. The victim was taken to a hospital and is in stable condition, Perales said.

Neither the suspect’s nor victim’s name was released.
