For the most part, the Warriors are healthy. With Stephen Curry having recovered from his sprained ankle, Draymond Green has become the main injury concern.

Green was out with back soreness against the Dallas Mavericks March 13 in a 109-99 loss, and it appears to be a lingering issue.

Steve Kerr joined Willard and Dibs Tuesday and discussed Green's status heading into Wednesday night's game against the Memphis Grizzlies.

"Well, he was he was a little banged up last night," Kerr said. "His back was bothering a little bit and so he was getting some treatment at halftime. I think he's feeling a lot better today. I saw him in practice. So we'll mark him as questionable, he's played a lot of minutes lately and the back kept him out of the game in Dallas last week. So we're just trying to stay ahead of it and not allowed this to become a problem but I'll just lean on on Rick and the training staff and they'll figure it out."

He said that Green's back issue is unrelated to the amount of time he plays center, as opposed to power forward. Kerr said that playing center is more of a mental, rather than physical burden.

"I don't think it's related, really," Kerr said. "When we do put them at the four with Trayce at the five it's really more to lighten the emotional burden of having to carry the defense. It's kind of nice for Draymond to have a shot-blocker behind him.

"He loves playing center field, loves trying to muck things up for the offense and helping all over the map. When he's doing that as a five, occasionally it leaves the rim unprotected and he can get frustrated when that happens. But with Trayce back there, it lets Draymond play a little different role and take some of the rim protection burden off of him."

Listen to Kerr's full interview above. He discussed rotations, Klay Thompson's improved mentality since the All-Star break, along with the need to get Andrew Wiggins more involved.
